Consumers buy products from others

I do a MLM business from my home, which includes cosmetics, Tupperware, dress materials, Kurti, linen sets etc.

However, I do not get any new consumers to buy these products from me. Instead, they (consumers) often opt to buy similar products from others.

My husband is currently unemployed. I would like to sell products to maintain the constant inflow of money to meet the daily/monthly expenses of my family.

Please also do advise listening of any of your CD(s) would be beneficial to solve my problem.
