I am immensely benefiting with your advice. I am chanting

As already stated, I had decided to close my business due to
loss but now a new development has occurred.
A person already into the same line of business has proposed
to join hands with me and agreed to take the business ahead and ready to share
the profit/loss.
My Second business is having staff of 7 people and my
closing will affect them and their families.
they have taken initiative and
requested two months time for making profitable.
I need your guidance that should I close my business,
ignoring the new developments?
