What business shall I do?

I was working for a company. Four years back the company was closed. My earning is not there since from that time.

I was doing Debt and Equity market and have no scope for individuals. Whatever I try for deals I see the failure in the first step itself.

After the company closed, I tried earning through day trading. I lost 2 to 3 lakhs of rupees. Can I try in share trading again or can I try in Med. transcription business?
